    It's a good start, but I wonder how people will know when their coins are certified. It seems like a clever way for NGC to get a bunch of resubmissions on copper coins.

    Also, I don't know if it is only a grade guarantee or also a color guarantee.

    That's probably true, but I also think it gives alot of people who are fed up with the way PCGS has been grading copper a new alternative.

    Intersting Andy, thanks for the heads up. Smart move on their part to put them on a level playing field with PCGS as far as consumer confidence goes. Just hope they don't become as paranoid as PCGS as a result. In the past NGC was a nice alternative for coppers which everyone except PCGS thought were original.

    Very slick way to boost certifications by NGC! Excellent marketing strategy!

    I'm surprised it's just a 10 year warranty from grading. Is PCGS's lifetime in the holder?
