Coin Universe Shake Up in Personel

I am interested in finding out whether or not the changes being made by Mr. Haynes at PCGS is to start running it like a business. If eliminating certain people would stop a conflict from the day to day operations between the front offices and the graders. Most of the top graders seem like the old time saying of being a Mad Scientist or a researcher in the medical field. They have a job to do and would rather be left alone to do that job without inside interference! I'd hate to have my boss over my shoulder telling me how to do a job he has never done!
Any thoughts about these moves, pros or cons would be appreciated! Would like to submit close to 20 coins for submission, maybe more, but alittle uneasy about all the chats in the previous threads!
Send them to PCGS or NGC? Member of both and the ANA, so which way would you chose???
