Publication of Prices for US coins?

What is the periodic price guide to US coins with dealer and buyer prices? Is it the "Graysheet" or something like that. Where would I find this publication, and is there an online version? I recall using this weekly listing about 12 years ago.

  • image You have to pay for the service online, but if you can find a local dealer, he may share some information with you. I don't believe he'll burn copies, but he may give you insight on particular coins. To really check the price levels that are moving around, go to Heritage and Teletrade and watch the auction process weekly! Some coins will shock you, but you end up with a better value of trading prices. The Greysheet is what dealers use to buy and sell between each other, but also a good indication of how the market is moving!image
