if i'm the high bidder and pay for this coin and on receiving it find that it's not dated "1957" is the seller legally obliged to allow me to return the item for refund and all my expenses because the item i received has not been properly represented in the auction title?

i've emailed sellers pointing out discrepencies like this...sometimes they will change their auction title or description to correct their obvious mistake...sometimes they don't...

i recently was looking at an auction for a 120 piece wheat collection from 1909-1958...in their images, the holes for 1909 SVDB and 1914-D show a coin in place for these openings in the album that goes with the coins...nowhere in the title or description is it indicated that these key coins are among the 120 pieces,however...i email the seller and ask about this...the answer is a resounding "NO"...these two dates are not included in the 120 coin collection and further, they don't even see coins in these places in the album...i see that the coin in the 1911-D opening appears to have mint luster but the images are not good enough to indicate to me that the coin really is a 1911-D so i ask about it...they tell me the collection doesn't have a 1911-D in it and finally acknowledge that they can see how confusing this is and conclude thier second email with...

    "oh brother"
