Interesting about crossovers

saw this in the Q and A from Mr. Hall
The bottom line is that the PCGS graders don't know whose coins they're grading, and in the case of crossovers, they don't know the NGC grade as it is covered up in the grading room. The graders just grade the coin. If they disagree with you twice then perhaps the coin is telling us all something. Text
