1921's are tough to find with any color/toning. It looks like maybe you slightly tweeked the scan though (looking at the 'color' on the rim of the holder- next to the Morgan). I'm going to guess MS65.

Yes, Morgans from 21 do tone rather strangely, possibly due to the different treatment of the planchets before striking. My guess is 64 even though I can't see the surfaces. I've got one in an NGC 63 holder with the same kind of mottled toning but a little brighter and more colorful. Interesting coin.
