I saw this one mentioned in Coin World's Collectors' Clearinghouse a while ago and finally dug mine out.
I imagine that all of these were struck from the same die, but it's still kind of cool. Unfortunately mine has some strike damage at the bottom of the coin so the doubling isn't all that crisp.
