is it a new ebay feature?

i've noticed some listings have a grey box around a section called "seller (rating), & it might say thingsl like "999 with 100% positive feedback reviews). never saw this before. new?

yes it is a new feature to help people be a little more clear on feedback...ebay sent me a note on it last month....I wrote to them that I still have a problem with it because % dont always tell the truth.....for example a 5 feedback with 5+ is 100% rating but another seller with 125 feedback and 2 negative would result in a 98% rating....which seller would you rather buy from????
