Set albums.

I am building Fine and Uncirculated(right) Lincoln sets. Who's albums would you suggest. I am now using a Dansco(unc) and Whitman(F) albums with sliding windows. I am aware of the problems with sliding windows and push the coins away from the window when sliding, but this is ten coins to push each time. In the unc album this isn'a a big deal because all but the last page is full and i hardly ever replace one. The fine album is different, they get replaced often.
Any sugestions welcome, be nice now.

  • How about cardboard/mylar flips with plastic page inserts? That would be my preference.

  • i'm doing a circ set of Lincolns in a Dansco. To me, the holes are just right ...when I put the coins in and push them down well, they seem to stay well clear of the top slide and I don't have to keep going back and "re-pushing" the coins. The same cannot be said of the dollar albums.

Cuzh - I'll price the cardboard/mylar flips and plastic page inserts. If i like the price maybe i'll move the unc set to that.

paigowjohnny - If i move the unc set i could move the circ set to the Dansco. Maybe they'll look better there.

Thank you both for your input, mike
