Whats the deal with Sac Dollar rolls.....
We read so many complaints about the looks and the terrible strikes, but.....
Just saw this on Ebay
"RARE!! 2000-D US MINT $25 ROLL SACAGAWEA
THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY FIRST ROLLS FROM THE MINT. IT HAS NO D ON THE PAPER. YOU MUST LOOK AT THE END COIN TO KNOW IF IT IS P OR D AND IF YOU HAVE A HEADS HEADS ROLL, YOU MAY NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE WITH OUT REMOVING A COIN FROM THE ROLL. SO THIS ONE IS SURE TO GO UP IN VALUE. SO SEE PHOTOS AND SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS. THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK. "
This is the first I've heard of the Rare no 'D' roll.....
This caught my eye, and I started looking at the number of bids and prices of Original Mint Sac rolls. The 2002's are selling for ~50-75 bucks a roll, the 2001's are selling for ~100 bucks a pair (P and D mint). One set (Item# 3306980393), an '02 P and D pair fetched a whopping $198.00 with 16 bids.
What gives?

OR, are you j ust being facetious with the "Rare No D..." comment?
The seller is referring to a roll fo 2002-D roll that doesn't have a D printed on the paper. It only sold for 34 bucks tho.
