Doesn't this one look just like a real Buffalo Commemorative?

I know it's been 'two toned', but doesn't this one look just like a Mint product- the 2001 Buffalo Commemorative in Proof? I've seen the other Buffalo 'wanna-be' silver rounds, but this one has the correct placement of the date and the motto along with the motif of the Indian looking correct.
Tough to totally tell, but what do you think? Has someone taken a $125.00 proof and turned it into ______________(fill-in-the-blank)?

It was him selling these Silver Eagles that made me take a second look at this Buffalo.
Sure looks real. But then again, why would someone do something so lame as to gold plate part of it?!

and this is a real one
notice the difference in the lettering.
The obverse fooled me, yet if I had only studies the reverse it would have been given up as being a replica.
Thanks for the info and photos mbbiker.
I appreciate it.
(Mystery solved!)

The joke (I guess) is now on us.

I think I'll mark it for Items I'm Watching. Watching for the Buffalo's.
