Quick one Homerun

David Ive been pursuing a statehood quarter in proof 70dcam since inception of the registry program. I have tryed literally every avenue except buying one outright. I want to know how you feel an average joes chances are getting a regrade on a 69dcam? I bought a group of exceptional ones that look better than the NGC 70 ultras, but then again I dont know what to look for.

guess that was 2 image

We look at every modern coin very carefully. We know what the submitter wants...MS70s. And we know what the buyers of PCGS coins want...MS70s that truly are MS70s. We consider both sides...the people who submitt coins to us, and the people who buy coins in PCGS holders...to be our customer. We will grade MS/PR70 when the coin is "perfect under 5X magnification" regardless of who submitts the coin or how many coins they submitt. We have grade far less than 1% of the modern (1980 to date) coins we receive 70, so they are pretty rare birds.
