How would PCGS grade this Ike in cello w/print?

This 1976 T1 P mint Ike has multiple ugly prints that are in on the coin, not the cello. Just as a matter of curiosity, is it uncirculated with a big print on it?

You can work the prints off sometimes.
If the front is like the back it has a shot at a big number.

The obverse is nice too, and an unusually good planchet for a T1. I'm hoping it will clean up and go 66. I was really disappointed to find the print.

the scan, but luster and strike are top notch for a Philly type 1.
