PCGS guarantee

When I started collecting two years ago, I looked to PCGS graded coins to protect me. One of the very first coins I bought was an MS66 morgan. This coin has been tucked away for the better part of the last two years. Last weekend I pulled it out and noticed a BIG honking thumb print on the reverse and a small hit below the eye. I can not sell this coin in good faith and believe it qualifies for the PCGS guarantee. How do I go about returning this coin to PCGS? What price guide does PCGS to calculate reimbursement costs for coins that are overgraded?

Thanks.

We use "current market value" in determing buy-back prices. When the mistake is ours, we will not bust your chops on the price. We look at replacement cost...and for a MS66 Morgan, that's a pretty easy number to figure out.
