I sometimes send cards to dealers and visa versa. You find out whether your on an A list, a B list or a C list by the type of acknowlegement you get during the holidays. This year I got two boxes of fruit from two dealers, definitely an A list item. I also got several cards, definitely a B list. I got one 'hurry up and pay' card, definitely a C list.
