Do you think PCGS would certify this Buffalo?

I found a raw 1918/7-D buffalo nickel for sale and wondered why a coin this expensive was not certified. Does anyone have an opinion on whether it will certify and what the grade might be?
Thanks, Charlie

also looks a bit too shiny on the reverse

"edit" You replied before I finished typing.
Grade looks to be VG technically with a small shot at Fine if market graded.
Likely will slab because of rarity if not harshly cleaned.
Of course this is my opinion???

maybe the dealer values his opinion more than that of pcgs. perhaps he thinks the coin would get overgraded in plastic!
i had buffaloes w/that amount of horn detail, and they would be vf+ in pcgs slabs. when they went into anacs slabs, they got slammed down to "f-12", etc.
i think buffalo nickels are the least consistent series between plastic co's.

However, as stated by some it could possibly be slabbed market graded as F-12.
(But I wouldn't pay F-12 money for it)

If the question is authenticity, the scan looks OK to me...FYI, genuine 18/7 Buffs have the mint mark tilting slightly to the left, as this one does.
If the question is cleaning, the scan does not look bad enough to body bag.
Just my opinion...I could be wrong...David Hall
you know. Being as large as they are, that could be a problem. In any case would the buffalo
be stamped Prime, choice or just average meat on the hoof.
