Has anyone ever bought coins from Best Coin?

I found a coin site called Key Date Coins that is apparently part of a company called Best Coin. This site also lists Joel Rettew who I have had a bad experience with on a coin purchase. They have a neat 1918/7-D buffalo nickel that I was looking at. Has anyone bought coins from this company?
