Seller says a lot of great things in their fine print, but my favorite is this (edited for spelling): If you just dont like the coin you receive you should have looked at the pictures closer.
The end user has too pay for the service just like taking a credit card and volume of sales! Kind of makes you think that this is the only item they are selling! The end price or reserve should make up the difference. I guess they have no busisness savvy! Who in the world is PCGS?

You must be referring to that timeframe prior to Ebay buying PayPal. I bet I have reported at least 20 instances where sellers are using this practice and I haven't seen Ebay stop one yet. Seems it is conveniently overlooked today?!
"The majority of our coins have been professionally graded. Some are graded by the on-site Numismatic in charge of buying and selling ."
I'm sure glad that I'm not a "Numismatic" - it sounds like a cross between a coin dealer, a lunatic and an automatic dish washer. Whoops, was I being redundant with "lunatic" and "coin dealer"?
"If you see the letters NGC or PCGS or ANACS than these coins have been graded by these companies. If you want more information about those company's you should look them up on the internet. I DO NOT ANSWER QUESTION ABOUT WHO PCGS IS!"

It's not. It's against PayPal's TOS, eBay's TOS, and the laws of the state of California, where eBay business is transacted. If anyone feels like a vigilante, they can report him HERE and if eBay's awake, they'll spank him.
eBay no longer has anyone there that does anything about listing violations. The only thing they go after is people who avoid eBay fees.
You can get around this 3% fee by advertising the sale price as the cash/check/money order discount price. All other forums of payment (which is only PayPal) require a 3% additional handling fee.
