As I stated in an earlier post, I was hesitant to list cards into the 1972 Topps Dallas Cowboys Football Set because my images would be deleted from my "Master" 1972 Topps Football set. I later learned that there was a way to keep my original images but it seemed like a lot of work (because I don't store images on my computer.)
To make a long story short, I asked BJ if she could help me with this problem. Less then 24 hours later and about 10 emails, BJ was able to fix this problem.
In one of her last emails to me she stated...
Try again when you get a chance. I am told that not only has the problem been resolved, but that if you add a card to a new set that you already have an image loaded in another set, it will automatically load in the new set. LMK
WOW!!! No extra work needed. All I did was type in the cert number into the new set and BAM there it was my image from my original set and the original image remained in my "Master" set.
What a time saver...
Thank you BJ and staff at PSA.
