Another pretty good submission....results posted

I sent in 4 coin for the regular service. The 1881 s ms66pl was a coin that when I cracked it out i damaged the rim so it downgraded (first time to crack a slab)

I had another submission that I had a ngc ms66 coin cross to pcgs 66. i cracked it out and sent it in raw and it came back a 67
they are definately biased when you dont crack
a true learing experience on that coin. lost $200.00
gained a little more on the CAM

Was that one of the years of weak strike at the New Orleans mint? If so, what's the strike like on that coin? I have been curious how the grading companies handle that problem. Was yours well struck? That sure is a nice grade.
I will be sending the inserts back sometime soon. I only have about 10 right now.

that coin has a fairly good strike if I remember correctly. I believe it has a fair shot at a 67 and I will probably send it in again in the future.
