I think what we saw today re: gold dropping ~$10 was the war premium falling off. The rest is normal economics in action
and gold will begin its climb again.

Most analysts urge caution in gold. One point, there is no major commercial value, and the other is when the price gets high enough, the gold cartel can dump millions of ounces back on the market. Check with several companies and see some of the deals that are in the very near future for mining and selling!!!

As a collector of American colonial and pre-Federal copper coinage I do not regularly check the spot copper prices. However, I have noticed that prices of the coins have appreciated rather regularly over the 20 years that I have been collecting. I suspect that junior's war will have as little affect as did his daddy's.

I am, in the miners. I'll look at the dow again when it is fairly priced...about 6000. With the exception of the
occasional gem. But the broad markets have a lot of falling left to do, regardless of what the cheerleaders
on CNBC say.
