at noon today!. 20.00 and 10.00 coins. If the 20's are circulated common date coins what is a safe price to pay? And what if they are cleaned? Opinion appreciated, thanks------BigE

I think for circulated common $20s, I'd offer spot + a small premium. Same for cleaned.

If they are cleaned I would pay only bullion value max.
