1991 P Quarter Silver color edge no visable copper

I don't know what to make of this. It has rainbow toning (not visable in pic) and no visable copper edge. All comments welcome.

    Coins are often plated and returned to circulation. If it weighs significantly more or less
    than 5.7 grams it would be of greater interest.

    The quarter is plated in Zinc or some other metal. Its still worth $.25.
