It looks good and I would probably go with an MS63. It looks like a nice strike, the hair is flowing, on the most part the feathers on the reverse are well defined. Of course, I'm not a professional grader

It looks pretty clean as far as contact marks.I see no lower than a 58 and no higher than 65.
Hope you get it slabbed atleast a 64.Good luck.
sarasota-frank, it appears to lack the typical roll friction at the upper edge of the eagle's wing. i would now go ms-63+
