1960 Penney

I am new member and was wondering i have a 1960 penney that on the zero (0) of the 60 it is cut in half but line is raised and slanted, it all most looks like it could of been stamped that way . The raised line runs from the 1:00 postion to the 8:00 oclock postion. This maybe just a oddiety any idea's

Offhand, I don't know of such a die variety in that year of one-cent piece. It's possible, however. Or it could be some sort of post-strike environmental damage or chipping. What is the general condition of the coin? Are all the images and letters crisp and easy to see? Does the coin sparkle a bit -- what we call 'luster'?
You need to make sure Coppercoins sees this post. I'm not familiar with a variety like you described, but if there is one, he'll know all about it. Any chance of posting a picture of it?
