Where do you get the Dome?

In Braddick's ASE post, he indicated that you can buy a dome to do coin photography. Does anyone know where you can order it from? Maybe a website. Can a standard cheap digital camera be attached? Do you need to angle the coin to show the toning, or do you just put it on a table and shoot?
