I believe I read somewhere that they will be minted for 180 days

total is ten weeks. At five days a week that 50 days. With eight hours a day thats 400 hours! Looks like we are in the hump week for thier run five weeks. So whatever, the number is double it to get a projection of the total number produced. Barring any unforseen circumstances.

By previous counts on the prior State Quarters, it will be close to 4 to 4.5 million circulation strikes on P and D's. Silver proof stikes could go over 1.5 million on the increase of collectors!

Here is my knowledge of SQ production. A few days before the coin is no longer available, around the end of March, the MINT will post the coins production on thier website. Based on past experience, that figure is very accurate. So, my point is that you can know the production (circulating strikes) just before the next SQ is released. Anyway, that's bee my experience.
