Password required to download submission forms?

It's been a while since I've needed to donwload a submission form; the last time I did, I don't recall the prior registration requirement. Anyway, I tried the "registered without password" option and got a response that I am registered with a password that will be emailed to me. That was more than an hour ago; I thought emailing a password was automatic (system initiated). Can anyone tell me how long this procedure has been in effect? (I suspect the password is probably the one assigned for the free pop report; is that when it started?)

  • Gilbert I waited three days about 4 months ago. Hopefully you wont have to wait that long.

When you originally signed-up for membership, even if it was only at the silver level, you picked a password. When you go to download forms, it automatically prints your personal info into the forms, so it's to your benefit that it's password protected. Did you try using the password which you use to sign on to the forums?

  • Gilbert:

If you haven't gotten your password, please call customer service for help. Also, verify the e-mail we have in your records.
If your e-mail checks out, have them notify the web guys there is a problem with the automated system.
