I'd send some Navy guys in to teach him a lesson.

Me too! This is the way thing should be! The seller is credible. Some would list without letting you know the coin was cleaned! Kudos to the seller!

Why not? Could he be any more honest with his description, or post a better picture?

I'm impressed. Many sellers would just sell it and figure it was the buyer's own tough luck if he/she didn't detect anything wrong with it.

top notch why would you have a question if you would deal with him...of course the buyer will get the coin and then probably post negative feedback that the coin was cleaned LOL

It's a nice 17-S too. Cleaned, but certainly not wizzed~!

That is the way every transaction should be. Nothing wrong with selling anything as long as the buyers know all relevant details. True auctions at their best!

I hate it when you see my post before I can edit the spelling.

Always looking for nice type coins

  • Honesty...what a concept !!! ( he said, while waiting to get back his "bodybagged for cleaning" Morgan that was sold as a choice BU)
  • Absolutely - totally honest and forthright description of the coin. I too have been burned by the 'cleaned MS' coins and sold one not too long ago this same way.

Honest description of this coin and not 1 neg or neutral in his feedback; of course I would deal with him.
