Found some bargans at the Parsippany Coin Show.

It was another very nice show and seemed real busy. I found a few Bargans and here are a few pic's

I did meet some of my old friends from years ago and had a very nice chat about old times.

There was a book dealer in the front that had a nice selection of every kind of book you could think of, He also had some Tasco Lenses for 6 dollars
that have renewed these old eye's of mine.
I was able to visit with RAAB coins, R.C.I.S. Coins as well as a few others who were all friendly and helpful.
The tables i visited had a lot of Gold $20 pieces changing hands. There was an abundance of NGC as well as PCGS slabs but i did take notice that most folks were looking at and buying raw.
All in all a nice show. Now if i can run into DaveG one day.....

The Gold is NGC MS61 and the Walking Liberty Half is RAW. I am going to send it in. What do you think we have with that one?

Nice steel-blue toning on this one:
This one has rainbow toning all across the reverse and some on the obverse. I'll need to dig out the Coolpix to show it a bit more accurately.
<< <i>Did you see much rare date/branch mint gold changing hands? >>
It could have been, I watched at several tables and Gold was selling like hotcakes in all forms, One dealer i talked to was amased that no one was trying to bargan with him on prices until i sat down at his chair.

In addition to the coins I mentioned in my "Report" post, I also saw two S-mint eagles from the 1860s and early 1870s, but can't really recall the dates. I think they were PCGS slabbed and in the XF to AU range, though. There were also a few CC eagles and double eagles, I think.
There may have been a couple of better-date half eagles, as well, but I didn't really pay attention to the with-motto coins

Yes i believe they were at a table in the center on the right at the end where al and don's tables were. That dealer had some very nice Gold Pieces and i went through his whole box. I purchased a few pieces from him.
I have to photograph and post them when i get a moment.

<< <i>I like that Walker (of course). Might have a bit too much chatter in the skirt and the rays for MS65, though. I'm thinking MS64, but if it has knock your socks off luster, could go 65.

The walker will be my next Submission.
