I've heard that the Great Wall is the only man made structure that can be seen from the moon. Is that true? I remember the astronauts on the moon once aimed their camera at the earth, and it looked too small to make out anything.

close, it is one of only 2 man-made objects that can been seen from space (not the moon). The other is Bighman Copper Mine, in Utah.

Actually, I believe the wall can NOT be seen from space. Face it, although it's way long, it's only about 10 feet wide at its widest part. Not easy to see from several thousand miles out.

The second object (if you can call it an object) I believe is the light at the top of the Luxor casino in Vegas.

I was with a co-worker who is married, and we agreed on the 50 mile rule. I, personally, am on the 0 mile rule because no woman has officially laid claim to me.

Oh, man.... we ate so good over there. We never ate at a tourist restaurant. Our host, who runs our Beijing branch, took us to places in "the 'hood". Every restaurant was different. You couldn't just order a #6 super-sized. It took about 1/2 hour to order.

I know, now, that I had never really had Chinese food before. Here's an interesting bit of trivia for y'all.... Not once did I see a bottle of soy sauce. Never... nadda. That food is so good, it would be like putting catsup on prime rib.
