wingedliberty beat me to it I am going with MS65FB, too. The dings on the neck keep this one from going above that. And I think it is out of the way enough to keep it from going too low.

I think the dings in the neck drop it to a 64, on smaller coins such as the beautiful winged liberty, the slightest marks hurt them.. Atleast from what I have seen in coins that are already slabbed... The bands appear fully split....... I'll go with ms64fsb....

Okay, I already saw the grade but I had determined in my mind that the coin was no better than MS64FB. The reason I say this is primarily because of the massive milling mark on Ms. Liberty's neck. Also, there is the tick in Ms. Liberty's cap that I think has raised metal to it and that stands out fairly well. The obverse strike is quite weak such as if the coin were struck in oatmeal. The reverse is okay. Since we cannot tell diddly about the luster I will assume it is average. That is where MS64FB comes from. If the luster is muted I would say MS63FB.
JMOORE: Yes, I really feel it is a MS-62FB. Sorry, I did not even realize you had posted a pic of the coin.
Here is why, aside from what Tom B mentioned the luster is a bit too subdued to make anything higher than a 62 or 63. If the luster looks better in person than what appears on my screen than I will be the first to admit I was too conservative.
I also read the thread but had a opinion before doing so. 63FB or possibly,on a good day, 64FB. The reason being the hits on the obverse and also the metal flow lines that I think I see. The reverse is probably a couple of grades higher than the obverse. Of course this all hinges on the Luster. If it is impaired at all the 63 grade is out the window also.

It sounds like you just scored cheap!

Now what we need is conder101 to explain the plastic.
I,d say no need to cross-over unless you just think is would look better in PCGS plastic.
Oh Mike?
Whats the story on TGS?
Thanks.
Heck.I cant grade a coin now unless it IS a scan.Thats bad.
Be honest........ If you didn't know who graded this coin would you still have said MS62?
