What would you do in this situation????

I won an auction recently on ebay for a 1899 s Morgan NGC MS63. Paid for it immediately using paypal. No response from Seller after 4 emails. Today I receive in the mail a 1909-s Lincoln (Raw,looks MS64) with a paypal slip showing it belongs to someone else, but sent to me.I am a little p+++++sd that this seller has not responded to my emails. What would you do?????????

Since you have the seller's physical address, I'd first check for a phone#, and if I couldn't get through by email, I'd call. I also would put paypal on notice of the problem, and let them try to reach the seller. Best of luck.

Don't waste any time contacting PayPal - you only have 30 days.
