Looks like it was cut out of a Buffalo round....a one ounce silver "coin", not an actual Buffalo dollar coin from the US Mint.

It is a round, not a real Buffalo Dollar. Probably better off as a pendant. At least somebody won't get screwed buying the round thinking it's the real deal.
