I have spent the last month aggressively searching for upgrades to my 1972 Topps Football set, and today I have officially become the number one All-Time finest. Thanks to everyone who has helped me locate the cards that I needed.

The '85 set is about 71% complete and has over 100 PSA 9's listed. But you should also take a look at Mike's 85 Football Set. "Metal Mike" has some very nice PSA 10 cards in his set.

I don't care what year you are talking about, those BLACK boarders are tuff!!!

Great job on your 72 set, I am highly jealous!

Also, thanks for the kind words, the 85 set and those black borders have been VERY tough so far, as you know. I've been very, very lucky getting as many 10's as I have gotten.

Carlos and Mike- Great job! I am really jealous. After I finish my 71 baseball and my SP Authentic football sets, 89 Score and 85 Topps football are in my sights. Email me when you get a dupe 9's for sale. I could use some of the stars and semi-stars.
