"STUPID" Blue Jefferson

As some of you may know, I've suddenly fallen in love with Jeffersons, and have taken the plunge. Carl and baccaruda were kind enough to part with some BEAUTIFUL specimens to help me get started and build a collection. Among them was this "STUPID" blue 1964 raw proof from Carl. As always, my photgraphy isn't the greatest, and the color is even more intense than this photo shows. Its a neon aquamarine in your hand (if there is such a thing), with an AWESOME strike and full steps.
Thought some of you might like to see it:

baccaruda's are equally as stunning, but I haven't gotten around to photographing them yet. Will post as soon as I do.
Thanks guys!!!!

The other one was red and 1962. Above is URL, but I'm not smart enough to link it.
Wouldn't you love to have a whole set 1950-64 with this kind of color housed in a white Capitol holder???????? COOL!!!!

Is it possible, well I've read it can be done, to artificially tone a coin whilest in it's holder........while some colors look suspicious, how could you tell without resubmitting it?
