Question on crossovers

I submitted two coins to cross and specified a min grade of P01, basically cross at any grade. the Morgan is a nice toned NGC coins, and the Half is a pretty ANACS coin. Here are the results:

1 21234633 1837 50C Reeded Edge DNC
2 21234634 1887 S$1 MS66

Date Received: 01/08/2003
Date Shipped: No Date Specified

The 1887 was in an NGC 66 Holder, so it crossed at the same grade (yea), but the ANACS coin didn't cross at all. Do you think that they would have bodybagged the coin??? I can't figure thos one out, and thought that since this was my first cross attempt , someone might have some ideas.

Not body-bagged. It will come back in the original holder. Sometimes they seem to just ignore cross at any grade.

They either ignored the "cross at any grade" or they felt there was something wrong with the coin (i.e. it would have been bodybagged if submitted raw).

Call them and ask to supply a reason- if they overlooked the Cross at any grade, then they will regrade it free- if it would be bodybagged, they'll tell you.

It should have a tag with the reason checked when it comes back.
They do not put the reason online like a raw coin only dnc.
