A pretty coin thread

For me, I can narrow it down to the favorite side of any coin I've seen: 1900 PCGS 67RD reverse. From the Blay set at the Long Beach 'Showdown', it actually looks nicer the more you magnify it. (The obverse was nice too.)

    Yow! Copper coins like that don't take a back seat to any gold or silver ones. It's a knockout.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    Believe it or not, this coin had an attractive look to it. I guess it's an example of the Right coin, in the Wrong holder. . . image
