Coin is recycled

I bought a coin on Heritage's internet auction 10 weeks ago. I had it for a day and returned it. Now tonight, it is back and in the same holder. I told them to have PCGS regrade it to downgrade it but that didn't happen.

In your dealings at shows and the internet auctions, do you see the same rejected coins comming back for sale?

    I just checked the auction results. I bought it for $630 and returned it. It sold again for $690! It has FH(Full Head) on the holder but it is only a 90% full head -no earhole or hairline. I wonder what the new owner will do with it.

    I posted another recycled coin earlier last night. It went from Heritage to eBay over the course of a year.
