I sure like it, but not sure if I want to spend that kind of money on a 1881-S

In any event, let me know if you are going to bid.

I've spent to much money the last couple of days. I think that I'm going to pass on this one.
But I just know you will get back at me

looks like there is a hint of PL on that one, but even that shouldn't raise the price that much.

I think it's too strong a price, but it is still a nice coin.

looks to be a lot of white spots in the fields, maybe dipped at one time and now retoning.

It says the price is pending. How much did it go for? You're kidding about the 2K aren't you?

I've seen generic PCGS MS67s of this date sell for between $700-1000.

The auction just ended, so we will have to wait for the final price.
The 2K bid was a joke

Thank you. I was hoping you would say that. Otherwise, I've been giving all my coins away. Actually, I'm still giving away a lot of them relative to what some bring at auction.
