Does PCGS List Error Attribution on the Slabs?

I just bought a Jeff nickel on eBay from John Wexler: 1964 5c PRF Dbld Die WDDO-022 + WDDR-082 RARE
I've sent an error coin to PCGS before, and it listed the error type (off-center). But, if I send in this Jeff to them, will they add the Wexler error variety designation on the slab? Do they put "DDO and DDR" on the slab description? Should I send a copy of the coin description?
