Looks like liberty is dead and had the life sucked out of here. Is this an error, someone call KINCOIN. Link I cant believe he didnt mention the rarity.

I'm going out on a limb, but I think that is reflection from the slab plastic. I still don't like the lighting of the photo anywho...

I'd guess it was lighting/a smudge on the slab... on a bad day, PCGS wouldn't 64 a coin that looked like that, and DHRC certainly wouldn't sell it as such.

It very well could be a reflection, but it seems to stay on liberty and liberty only it stops right at the point where it goes into the field. But who knows.

The light could have been focused... most lighting won't block the whole coin... just a bit of it, normally centered, like in this picture.
