Dime Night II, Guess The Grade

Since I have been undergrading coins that have been posted here and probably over grading my own coins, I figured it might be a good idea to get a consensus on how this coin grades. It does have some gunk on it despite a quick acetone bath. I may give it a few quick dips.

To grade or not to grade? (See attached photo's)

VG, but harshly cleaned. Wrong color for an original coin.

My guess is VF it's hard to see but i think there is part of the BER in liberty left. (grading barbers like pcgs does)

I can't tell from the pic, but if you can see all of the word "liberty, I'd say F12.

Looks fine to me, but I think it would body bag for the cleaning (color doesn't look right).
