"dull" proof coin (1964 Kennedy?) seeking a high "MS" designation and gotten away with it? I have one such coin and am wondering if the graders or anyone else could tell the difference? I'm not looking for a scam, just curious. The coin is still in it's sealed Philadelphia proof mint set plastic "cellophane".

On the 1964 Kennedy the characteristics of the proof and the business strike are radically different, even if the proof is "dull". It would never work.
