I found a New 1935 Buff variety - DDO and DDR

I tried to image it with my scanner but the coin is so bright it reflects all the light. The coin is a high grade MS. The DDO has doubling on the date, more specifically doubling to the NE, and "LIBERTY shows doubling to the WSW. On the reverse there is doubling on the horn to the NW, the "TE" in "UNITED" shows doubling to the SSE, the "OF AMERICA" shows it to the SW, and "FIVE CENTS" shows it on the "F" both "E"'s, the "N" and the "TS" to the north.

From the diagnostics I believe these are class II doubled dies for both the obverse and reverse.

Anyone know about this variety? Who is the best person for Buff atribution?

As for who does the buffalo nickels, I'm not sure. But as a helper, if the spread is toward the rim with separation lines, it's class 2. Watch out for die deterioration doubling, though, that's a commonplace problem on nickels. If you want good digital micro-images to show around, you can send it to me.

I wonder if they'll name it after you - the Clackamas variety
