Hey gang!
I know the topic of qualifiers has been discussed here, and I've always wondered who is holding what PSA cards out there with qualifiers with no home for them.
Well, I'm interested in cards from the 1963 Topps baseball set, and will take cards with qualifiers. Drop me an email and let me know what you have.

I see this as a very affordable way to collect a very nice set. I know a lot of 8oc cards I've seen present much nicer than some unqualified PSA 8 cards.

Personally I find OC cards very undesirable. Not just for monetary reasons but for overall presentation.
As far as qualifiers go, OC has to be the most damaging to a cards overall appeal.
I have never seen a PSA 8OC that had better eye appeal than any unqualified PSA 8.
Sorry for the error in my previous post. I'm not shamelessly padding my post count.

This is the exact reason I am adding qualified cards to my 63 set. They are cheap. I just scored some 8 PD's for 99 CENTS on ebay. I just can't pass those up.

Now you have -
Focus, color, and corners are nicer on the OC. The unqualified card is diamond cut, has a lot of "snow" in the blue sky area, and the black marks on his shirt above the MLB logo are actually on the card. There are black dots in the white border and in the letters A, N, & S of "INDIANS" - no evidence of any of this on the OC.
I've seen better examples of an 8OC looking better than a straight 8, but this was the best example that I could locate right now.

I've seen some very nice 75 mini O/C cards too, they had the T/B issue opposed to LTR problems that make O/C cards an eye soar.
Mickey,$.99 is a great price.Buy em up.Maybe here and there you might be able to knock a few down a grade in a review?
In reviews do they knock the card down one or two grades.I would think 2 like the registry but some folks have told me otherwise.

There is no set knock down number if you have a card reviewed.
It could go down from 1 to any number, depending on the severity of the problem.
I love cards that would have been eights or nines, but have wax on the back, so get a qualifier.
These cards actually are the true definition of "pack fresh" !
