Question about return time on PCGS submission??

What is the time frame running on PCGS submittals.

When I send in for my personal collection, I always use express?

But I sent in four coins for the free submittal before it expired, but it has been a month now????

My current submission was received by PCGS on 31 Dec. They notified me on the 22nd of January that my grades were available and they shipped the next day. The shipment before that took less than 3 weeks turnaround time, even though I live in the Northeast. I think they got behind during the holidays, and I can only imagine the backlog of submissions waiting for them.

Economy is moving slowly. I have one of two invoices from 12/12 that just today got through. I have a regular submission from 1/10 and another economy from this week. But obviously, not ready to be looked at.
