This one just sold on Ebay for $201, I couldn't get past the feeling that this isn't toning but something else.

I agree with your Mike. Post dip reaction -- flat, stripped and lifeless. Not to mention the fact that this date just doesn't turn up with the spot free, sterile appearance of this coin.
