the case is absurd. the dealer participated in the eBay system voluntarily. the judge should dismiss the case with extreme prejudice.

Wow, i wish i could get in touch with this guy, and give him a testimony of my own!

i had a woman leave totally messed up feedback on me.. saying stuff like shes sueing me for libel and harassment, and told Ebay i was sending her porn email spam.

I argued and argued with ebay that the seller never sent me the item, and they dismissed it because the item was under 10$

He's really taking his negative kind oif hard isn't he? Like the buyer said he should "Get a life, dude."
I'm kinda short on cash right now so if somebody will say something bad about me I'll sue and kick you back 25%.
