Adding New sets to Reg - Who gets spreadsheet?

I am submitting vintage GB Packer team sets to PSA to addd to the registry.
Who do I send the spreadsheet to with the list & weights?

click on the register a set link on the registry page, there is a foem you must submit first the send your spreadsheet to BJ. The email link is on that same page.

I have done the register page.
So is it the info@psa mail box?
